SMEs play an important role in the economic development of a country, especially an emerging economy. SMEs in India contribute to 45% of the industrial output and almost 40% of the country's exports, employing over 60 million people. SMEs contribute 17% to India's GDP playing a vital role in rural development of the country.

Challenges for SMEs
Entrepreneurs & Promoters of SMEs tremendous growth potential is hindered due to constraints of internal resources which include manpower, finance among others.
